Abstract

The article examines the issues of conducting a census of adult voters in the Tambov province for participation in the elections to the Constituent Assembly. In particular, emphasis is placed on the lists of monastics, novices and inhabitants of the Tambov Ascension Convent. The features of the design of these lists are studied, some reasons for the discrepancies in the spelling of names and surnames are identified, and a demographic analysis of voters is conducted.
