Theological Collection of the Tambov Theological Seminary is a mass media outlet produced by the Tambov Theological Seminary since 2014. The journal publishes articles covering a wide range of issues related to the history of the Church, the development of church-state relations, topical topics of theology and philosophy, Orthodox anthropology and pedagogy, philology. The publication is addressed to researchers, teachers, graduate students, students of theological and secular universities, as well as anyone interested in the history of the Church and theological sciences.

The Theological Collection of the Tambov Theological Seminary is published in printed form, and also has an electronic version posted on the journal's website.

The author grants the following rights to the Journal for a period of 5 (Five) years:

  • the right to reproduce the Work (publication, publication, duplication, replication or other reproduction of the Work) without limitation of the number of copies. In this case, each copy of the Work must contain the name of the author Works;
  • the right to distribute the Work in any way;
  • the right to make changes to the Work that do not constitute its revision (editorial edit);
  • the right to make it publicly available;

The author guarantees the Editorial Board (Journal) the following:

  • the Work, the rights to use of which have been transferred to the Journal under this Agreement, is an original work The author.
  • The Author guarantees that this Work has not been officially transferred to anyone before (i.e. under a formally concluded agreement) for reproduction or other use.

The Author transfers the rights to the Journal under this Agreement to based on a non-exclusive license.

  • The author is obliged to provide the Journal with a Work in a printed/electronic version for review. Within 60 (Sixty) business days, if The Journal has not submitted any claims or claims to the Author related to the quality (content) or volume of the manuscript of the Work provided for review, the Parties sign the Act of Acceptance and transfer of the Work.

The date of signing the Act of acceptance and transfer of the Work is the moment of transfer The Journal of the rights specified in this Agreement.

  • The Journal undertakes to comply with the copyright and Author's rights provided for by the current legislation, as well as to protect them and take all possible measures to prevent copyright infringement by third parties.
  • The territory in which the use of the rights to the Work is allowed is not limited.

The journal "Theological Collection of Tambov Theological Seminary" adheres to the principles formulated in the Budapest Open Access Initiative and presents direct open access to its content based on the following principle: free open access to research results contributes to an increase in global knowledge exchange.

Immediately after the publication of the next issue of the magazine, its electronic archive is posted in open access on the official website.
