Spiritual and moral education as the basis for the formation of patriotic consciousness in children of primary school age

The article discusses the problems of spiritual and moral education, as an important factor in the formation of patriotism based on the example of students of grades 1-4 of Gymnasium No. 7 named after St. Pitirim, Bishop of Tambov in the year of the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory. During school events, the task of personalizing students in the knowledge of the history of the Great Patriotic War was solved.
