Abstract

The article analyzes the relationship between the state and the Church during the Great Patriotic War. Epistles to pastors of the Orthodox Church of Christ. The fascists banned the distribution of messages and Patriotic sermons among the local population in the occupied territories. The formation of the Council for the Affairs of the Russian Orthodox Church under the Soviet People's Commissar of the USSR, the beginning of building Church-state relations, which was an important stage on the way to the revival of the Church.
