Antireligious campaign in Omsk region in 1958-1964

The article deals with the petitions of believers for the opening of churches in the 1940s-1960s, as well as the social composition of the «dvadtsatka» (a group of twenty). Based on the analysis of archival materials, the procedure for registration of existing churches, the opening of churches according to the statements of communities, the return of public buildings is considered. The application of the «Regulations on the management of the Russian Orthodox Church in 1945» at the parish level is analyzed.
