Repression against the clergy of the Orthodox Church in the Ural region in 1918

The article discusses the forms of the Red Terror against the clergy in the territories of modern Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Orenburg regions, Perm Territory and Bashkiria. The scope, intensity and localization of terror are examined. The ratio of the number of clergy killed to the total number of serving clergy in the dioceses is calculated. A comparative analysis of the repressions in 1918 with other periods of persecution against the clergy of the Orthodox Church is carried out.
