The reviving church construction in Russia requires the joint efforts of architects and builders, as well as teachers and theologians. The training of specialists in this area implies not only a strong professional base, but also a certain level of interaction between secular and church education. This requires further coordination of this activity through the development of cooperation between theological educational institutions and secular educational institutions that train specialists in the field of church art and architecture. Given the specifics of the construction of church buildings, the main function of which is liturgical affiliation, there is a need for specialists who are not only technically competent, but also have basic knowledge of the dogmatics, canons and liturgical practice of the Church. The specified relationship in the curriculum of technical and church-applied disciplines will allow it to meet the basic requirements imposed on it by modern times. Only in this way will it be able to prepare a specialist with professional competence, knowledge of the specifics of church construction, powerful creative potential and high spiritual culture.
