In this article, the author considers Orthodox culture as a factor in the spiritual and moral development of the personality of adolescents, identifies moral orientations, considers the principles of Orthodox pedagogy. Defines the main directions of the educational work of the educational institution on spiritual and moral development, defines the essence and specificity of the formation of students' spiritual and moral qualities teenagers.
