    The first section of the VI issue of the Theological Collection includes materials The first All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "Ambrose Readings", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the canonization of St. Ambrose of Optina at the Local Council of the Russian Orthodox Church on June 6, 1988, where a wide range of issues related to the history of the Church, the life and work of St. Ambrose of Optina, as well as other topical topics of theology, philosophy and related sciences were considered.     Issue 5, 2017 is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the murder of the first new martyrs of the Russian Church.
