Abstract

The article considers the problem of social adaptation of primary school students through theatrical activity considering the age characteristics of children of this age category. Justifying the effectiveness of the implementation of theatrical activities in a Sunday school, the author comes to the conclusion that it contributes to the development of «smart feelings» that motivate the younger schoolchild to conscious independent creativity, develops communication skills, the ability to build and choose adequate strategies of behavior, which is the key to a successful social adaptation.
